Project Highlights:

• New high bay flex warehouse to be completed in 2nd/3rd Q 2019.  Building has outstanding access, 1 block off I-380 at Wright Bros Boulevard/Eastern Iowa Airport exit.  High bay storage available with 30′ clear ESFR sprinkler.  Numerous docks and drive in OHDs available.  Bay size is flexible with 90′ column spacing.  Generous truck and vehicle parking which can be secured.
